House No.89 Chareunrat Road.

     The house number 89 is situated on Chareunrat Road, Thambon Wat ket Muang Chiang Mai district behind Wat Ket. The Ping River flows behind the house, with Chan Som Bridge on the left and a car park to the right. This area belonged to Chene Inn Sim Kim Hua Seng and Mea Jeeb, his wife. Since 1919 When they built Naktam Wat Sra Kat School, behind Wat Ket's main Temple and Pagoda

     The house later belonged to Momchao Prompong Athiraj and Mom Lamai Santiwong Na Ayudthaya, whose previous surname was Sea Chua. Then the house passed on to the youngest daughter Momratewong Aurai Chamunee, Prof. Dr.Aphai Chamunee's wife. It was sold to Mr.Sawat Chowdury on 25th August 1938 and Mr.Att Chowchanon, the current owner, on the 16th October 2002
